Facebook carousel post
After you start to create a Facebook post in Social Studio, click Create a Photo Carousel. Enter a valid URL in Create a Photo Carousel from URL. Up to five images are automatically loaded, if available, and the Headline, Description, and Link fields are automatically populated.
